Antonia Lofaso
Antonia's Lofaso invites guests to discover her worldview by the food she cooks. The food she serves evokes interest that was born from the moment she stepped beyond the outskirts of Long Island and into the culturally diverse landscape of Los Angeles. Cavatelli, carnitas and different dishes are all available on one menu. This is a constantly evolving taste. The dishes she serves share a single idea, which is to embrace the current and reminiscing on the old. Scopa Italian Roots opened its doors in 2013, and it was very well received. The restaurant's version of old-school Italian has been called the one of Los Angeles' most compelling Italian eateries. Lofaso has been consistently highly acclaimed by patrons of Scopa's because the food is authentic and unmistakably pleasing. Lofaso studied under the best chefs to master their methods. But she didn't hesitate making bold choices to honour her instincts. She soon rose to the ranks at Wolfgang Puck's Spago after which she went further to collaborate with famous chefs in a variety of Los Angeles kitchens. In the year 2011, Lofaso worked along with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi to debut Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City. The bar was eventually able to get an outlet in Black Market as well as her partnerships. Lofaso's creative freedom will be facilitated through this collaboration. Black Market has no one plan in sight and is the same way. The first course could be dill chips, then shishitos peppers. Following that is a Korean Wing, and lastly meatballs. What binds this diverse assortment of flavours is Antonia. Lofaso's success has been measured by her capacity to stay authentic to her own taste while knowing her viewers. Her memorable appearances on Top Chef Chicago & Top Chef: All Stars showcased her personality outside the kitchen. Lofaso's talents are also visible in her frequent appearances as CNBC's Restaurant Startup judge as well as on the Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child and ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso teamed-up with Penguin Publishing to create The Busy Mother's Cookbook - 100 Recipes of Quick, Delicious, Home Cooked Meals. In the publication, she shares her experiences as a mother, and also a participant at The French Culinary Institute. Lofaso insists that the drive behind all of her accomplishments comes from the heart of cooking and it's because of this that she continues to have to keep her finger on the pulse. Chefletics has revolutionized chef attire through the combination of style and functionality. Lofaso's main concern is staying true to her vision. In this regard she created Antonia Lofaso Catering. This will provide clients with an extremely personal experience.
