Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira (born May 26, 1978) was born in Campinas, So Paulo. She's appeared on screen in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira joined the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime in March 2020. She is currently the manager of the Assassination Witness Project, which is a key member of the GI-TOC's multilateral engagement. The GI TOC's research is focused on assassinations (including disappearances), violence, and other types of crime in relation to illicit economies. Her main research areas are the impact of criminal organizations on human rights as well as humanitarian law and policy. Ana Paula holds an LL.M Cum laude with a laude International Law by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. Fundacao Getulio Vargas has awarded her an LL.M. the cum laude is in Public Law. Ana Paula received a magnacum Bachelor's degree in laude from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in Legal and Social Sciences. She trained as a lawyer who worked for four years in a public law litigation firm. Experiences include working in roles with non-governmental agencies located in Rio de Janeiro or Geneva.
