Linda Edna Cardellini is the daughter of Lorraine (Hernan), a mother and Wayne David Cardellini (a father) who is a businessman. She is of Italian, German (from the paternal grandmother), Irish and Scottish heritage. Linda lived in San Francisco Bay region, California as the youngest of her four brothers. At the age of ten, old, Linda was captivated by acting when she performed a musical role in the Christmas show at her school. The school play she performed in was and local community theatre. Linda went to Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, California. After she graduated Linda was forced to decide whether she wanted to move into New York or Los Angeles and study theater. LA was her choice. Linda's debut role was the series in 1996 Bone Chillers. Freaks and Geeks, 1999 was her most memorable role. The show won her the Emmy Award for Outstanding Casting in the field of Comedy Series. She played Lindsay Weir, a decathlete student at the California University.

Lily James (born Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson on the 5th of April 1989) is an English actress from the UK. She began her acting career in the show Just William in 2010, which was a British TV show. Her breakthrough came in 2015, when she portrayed the lead role in Cinderella the film of fantasy. The actress previously appeared as Lady Rose MacClare as part of the period show Downton Abbey. James was later cast as the Countess Natasha Rostova, in the version on television of War & Peace, in 2016. She also appeared in a number of films. These include the action movie Baby Driver (2017) and the period dramas Darkest Hour (2017) and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018 and 2021) and the musicals Mamma Mia! We're Going To Again (2019) and Yesterday (2018). Her portrayal of Pamela Anderson for the biographical show Pam & Tommy in 2022 was recognized with Golden Globes as well as the Primetime Emmy Awards.
