Mary McCormack is an American actress known for her leading roles in the TV show 'Murder One', 'The West Wing', 'In Plain Sight' and "Loaded". McCormack is a native of Connecticut, born in a house that had no connection to entertainment whatsoever to her family tree, was the daughter of a clinical therapy and the proprietor of an Ice Cream Parlor. McCormack attended Wardlaw-Hartridge School and, following the separation of her parents in 1990, she was accepted to Trinity College in Hartford in Connecticut. Her graduation was in the BA program in Comparative arts. The career of the actress started at the twelve years old when she performed in a stage production of a Christmas opera titled "Amahl and the Night Visitor'. At the theatre, the actress performed for years and her roles were eventually brought onto the screen. Nowadays, McCormack is recognized as one of the most flexible artistes in Hollywood. Michael Morris (producer/director) is the husband of McCormack. McCormack and Morris have three daughters.
